How do you fix a leaky brake line on a 1996 Dodge Neon.?

I need to know how to fix a leaky brake line on a 1996 dodge neon. My brake light is on and my brake fluid seems to be spraying out every time I pump my brakes on the passengers side. My brake pedal also goes all the way to floor, it’s the only way I can stop. A: take it to a mechanic and have them replace it and bleed the system out the right way,if you want good brakes that would be a real good idea, good luck.
