How do you fix a lawn that has small holes and is uneven?
If you have a guarentee, have them come back and fix what you paid for, if you dont have a guarentee, or time expired, i suggest going to the local garden center and buy shifted top soil, this is good old dirt that has been run thru a machine that will remove lumps and sticks and things, buy some grass seed, ( i suggest blue grass) stay away from mixed blends, they have too many inert things added, buy the best for your area, in the shade or full sun. A garden center employee should be able to help. you may have to buy more than one type of seed. Fill the holes with the soil, take your foot and mash it down and then sprinkle some seed and a bit more dirt and move on to the next one. Make sure to water these areas for 7 to 10 days, and make sure its early morning or late in the afternoon for about 10 minutes with a sprinkler.
