Did your IPod just freeze up or stop working? It may not be broken. Before replacing your IPod, here’s how to fix the common frozen IPOD problem. IS THE HOLD LOCKED? If the ‘HOLD’ function is locked, a small lock symbol will appear on your screen. To release from locked mode, simply shift HOLD slide back and forth once or until the locked icon disappears.
