Occasionally, the device may die and its screen remain blank when you’re trying to use it. Fix some of the common underlying problems that keep the Zen Nano from turning on to help get the device back in working order. Check that the Zen Nano is powered on. Press its power button, located on its side panel. Verify that the Zen Nano has a battery installed if it won’t respond to you pushing its power button. Remove the battery cover on the back panel of the device. If no battery is installed, insert a new AAA-sized battery.
