The Netvista is not supported by IBM and most stores nowadays, so you might need to fix it yourselves. • Write down the make and model number of your PC. • Visit IBM website and download all the necessary drivers for the component parts on the faulty PC (NIC, Video, Sound, etc). • If your broken PC is another make, visit the website of the company that made the PC. • Burn the driver on to a CD or DVD. • Place the Operating System media in its drive (Windows XP, in my own case).
