You could put in larger screws as the other answers say, however this might not always be possible -different sizes and the screw heads might not look right for example. You could buy some wood filler putty from a DIY shop and put that into the screw holes. I would put the putty in then put the handle back on before the putty sets though you might need to tape the door handle on while the putty sets (it’s easier that way than screwing through the hardened putty) If it all goes wrong of course, you could cheat completely – superglue the metal of the door handle and the screws in place and hope that the glue holds up to use it will get.
You can easily get it fixed, probably when the door handle came off the screw to them loosen their grip and if you try to crew them back they will not get tighten enough and may come out again. The only solution to it is that you install some bigger screws that can go more deeper in the door and get the grip even if they are 2mm bigger or so. If you want to replace your handle you can get many good options in the market, so just go out search or you can get it fixed as well.
