Effective on both smallmouth and largemouth bass, plastic worms have been among the most often-used bass lures since the 1970s. Using this bait requires concentration and a little practice but can be highly rewarding. The best part is that plastic worms are fairly inexpensive, which gives you the freedom to experiment without breaking the bank. There are several ways to rig a plastic worm, the most common of which is called a Texas rig. To start, put a bullet sinker on your line by Inserting the tip of your line into the pointed end of the sinker and pulling it out the flat end.
