Seems odd to me that you can’t get into your router with 192.168.1.1 , are you sure that you have set it up correctly , So once you are into your router you go to “Wireless” and the first tab is Basic settings, there you will find the SSID (wireless network name) you can change this to what ever you want, Also make a note which channel you are on 1 to 11 .
