Start out by playing The Storm Mission in Halo 3 campaign on normal difficulty or harder from the beginning of the mission. Skulls do not appear on levels in Halo 3 if you are on easy mode or start off from one of the checkpoints in the level. Play until you find the first anti-air wraith. You will see two large cylinders in the middle of the field. Go towards the one that is closest to the anti-air wraith and get on top of it.
