With the Meade telescope, you can peer beyond the closest stars and study the planets from ringed Saturn to angry red Mars. Follow these steps to start your adventure. Perform the “Easy Align” procedure before attempting to find a planet. Once aligned, the telescope’s screen will display “Select Item Object.” Choose “Enter.” “Object Solar System” will appear on the display. Press “Enter.” After “Solar System Mercury” appears, press the “Scroll Down” key until you reach the planet you want to view. Select “Enter.” Press “Go To.” The telescope will slew until it finds the planet.
