Log on to the Delaware Criminal Justice Information System Online Wanted Person Review website. Click on the “Search” box on the left-hand side where you can enter the last name — which is required — of the person you are looking for and the first name too if you know it. Click “Search” and a list will appear with all the people with outstanding warrants who have the name you entered. Click the link that says “Select” on the left side of the name you are looking for.
