How Do You Filter Used Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil?
Throughout the years, the use of oil has been improving with new processes to conserve it for longer periods. After years of improvement, hydrogenated vegetable oil was created. This oil lasts longer than any other and preserves its flavor. Use of this product doesn’t end in the kitchen. Filtering to the oil extends its life so you can use it in lubrication for appliances, cars, motorcycles and other machines. Pour the used oil into one bowl. Let the oil rest for a day or two. Oil must be at room temperature. Cold oil will slow the process and hot oil will burn you. Grab four or five sheets of paper towel to start the filtering process. This amount is the proper thickness to separate waste from the pure oil. Do not attempt to filter the oil with only one sheet.
