As an employee, you should approach a self-evaluation as you would a big presentation in front of your boss. You want to have concrete evidence that supports your claims. You want to make sure that whatever your boss sees has been reviewed for proper grammar and spelling. Most of all, you want to exude confidence in the subject matter.
