In January of each year, business accountants across the United States scramble to complete IRS W-2 tax forms to send to salaried and hourly employees. Filling out a W-2 form is quite simple and is usually done through the use of software that automatically prints the forms. Put the employee’s social security number in spot A on the W-2 form.
