How Do You Fill Out A Florida Supreme Court Family Law Financial Affidavit?
In the state of Florida, if you are involved in a family law case such as divorce, child custody or support, you must complete a Family Law Financial Affidavit. There are two different financial affidavit forms: 12.902(b) or “short form” and 12.902(c) or “regular form”. To complete these forms, you will need information about your monthly income and expenses, assets and liabilities. Gather income and expense information such as paystubs and bills; gather asset and liability information such as titles, deeds and earnings statements. Choose the appropriate form.
