How Do You Fill Epson 69 Ink Cartridges?
The Epson 69 ink cartridges were short-lived due to a flaw in design that made refilling it difficult. It was thought that the design was developed like this on purpose to stop consumers from refilling it. However, some manufacturers found a way around this design flaw and were able to refill the cartridge by drilling holes in other parts of the cartridge. Find the plastic cover at the top of the Epson 69 ink cartridge and use a thumb tack to penetrate it. If there is still some ink left in the cartridge it might drip out a bit, so be careful. Stick the needle of the inkjet bottle into the hole you just made with the thumb tack. Slowly squeeze the ink into the Epson cartridge until it starts to ooze out of the cartridge top. Take the needle out of the bottle and then dab the top of the cartridge until you blot up the extra ink. Seal the top of the ink cartridge with the scotch tape.
