How do you file a complaint against a lawyer who committed perjury or contempt?

It’s pretty much up to the judge — but you can always file a complaint with the appropriate disciplinary committee if the lawyer’s actions harmed you personally.

If the judge did not deem it serious enough to act on it, it is unlikely anyone else will. There is a difference between an error and perjury (it could not be perjury unless the lawyer was under oath). The judge seems convinced the matter should be laid to rest. Perhaps moving on is best at this time.
