Needle felting is an old-fashioned art that can turn basic wool roving into beautiful craft creations. While most needle-felting artists use metal felting needles to felt their wool, some artists prefer to try to use other objects to felt wool, such as peacock feathers. Fill a bowl with warm water. Add five drops of dish soap into the water, mixing the solution well. Place a peacock feather into the bowl. Wash the feather gently. Rinse the feather off well with clear water.
