Who knows what prompted Bishop Weeks’ behavior – but whatever it was, it was wrong. Bishop weeks need to confess his sin to God and become accountable to other Christian men. Normally, someone who was involved in a continuing sin should excuse himself or herself from a position in ministry and revert back to service for a time. I think that is where Bishop Weeks will head for. I see nothing to accuse in Sister Juanita’s case.
