How do you feel about prepackaged diet programs (such as Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig)?
Sometimes it helps to see what an actual serving size is. We can easily lose perspective in this super-sized world. And, if you travel a lot, it’s particularly important that you know when to skip certain foods (at airports, hotels, etc.), and when to eat smaller portions of what you’re served at restaurants. Add a salad to your prepackaged meals – not only will that help fill you up, you’re adding vitamins, minerals, fiber and WATER to your meal. All will help keep your body functioning at its peek.
