Always engage the waist buckle on your front so you can see what you are doing, then rotate to the position you want to use. Wrap the padded waist belt around your waist or hip. Feed the male buckle through the elastic security band and into the female buckle. Listen for the “click” sound to make sure the buckles are securely engaged. Rotate the carrier to the desired position: to the front, hip, or back. Tug on the buckles and straps to make sure the closure fits securely. Tuck the excess straps away by running it through the elastic band on the webbing belt.
