Creating a set of Recovery Discs using the HP Recovery Manager requires two DVD-R discs, or eight CD-ROMS. The utility writes a Recovery Disc that is set to either of those disc types. Click the Windows “Start” button and type “Recovery Disc Creation” (no quotes) into the Search text box. Press the “Enter” key on the keyboard. The HP Recovery Manager will launch. Click the “Next” button to start the Recovery Disc Creation process and a “Creating Files” window will appear.
