MailChimp is an email campaign program with a lot of flexibility. You can create newsletter templates to use easily and repeatedly. The export feature allows you to export your newsletter template and share it with another MailChimp user. There are times when you may have employees, team members or consultants who need to send out a very similar newsletter, but to their own client database. Exporting a newsletter template allows your team to save hours in replicating newsletters. The first step is to sign into your MailChimp account. If you don’t have a MailChimp account, you can easily sign up for a free account at www.MailChimp.com. At the dashboard, click the “My Template” button. If you have not yet completed your template to download, you will want to do that now. Click “New Templates”, and choose the style that you would like. Then click “Choose This One”.
