Lotus Notes is a corporate application that holds contacts and emails. Users can export these contacts to a comma-delimited file (CSV) and import it to other applications such as Outlook Express. Exporting contacts is accomplished using the Lotus Notes console and importing is done using Microsoft Outlook’s import features. Open Lotus Notes and select the address book. From the main menu, select “File” and then select “Export.” Enter the name of the CSV file and the location where you want the file saved on the hard drive.
