You younger guys can go all the way to the floor. If using an incline, position your feet 30 inches from the incline and perform the three different positions which follow. Position your feet shoulder width apart. Position your hands shoulder width apart. Lower yourself until your chest touches the incline and push up until your arms are fully extended. Repeat this 20 times. With your feet still shoulder width apart, position your hands 30 inches apart. Lower your upper body until your chest touches the incline. Push up until your arms are fully extended. Repeat this 20 times. With your feet still shoulder width apart, position your hands in the center of your body with the forefingers and thumbs touching.
