How do you enter Chinese characters when writing on Word, etc?
1, Install the IME platform, if you use a Windows version other than English one, It’s been installed by default. 2, Install an Input method(IM), like Pinyin, Wubi or Cangjie, some of these have been installed by default if you use a Chinese Version of Windows. 3, Someone do not like IMs on Windows by defaulf, so there are a lot of 3re part IM softwares you can buy or download. 4, IMs differ from each other tremendously, so you can choose the one that you like. 5. Generally, Pinyin is a good choice for westerners, there are a lot of Pinyin IM softwares including MS Pinyin and Intelligent ABC, which are by default installed in a Windows installation. 6. Run Word. 7. And, you now click the EN on systray, change it to CH, then click the keyborad on systray, choose an IM, say, MS Pinyin. Input Pinyin, and choose a character or a word from a word list according to the Pinyin you’ve typed. 8. Then, the character or word you want goes to Word. NOTE: If you only want to input Chinese into word
