How Do You Enjoy Reggae Sumfest?
Hi, I have attended almost every Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay Jamaica since the inception of the festival 17 years ago. Its a great place to go as a Jamaican National or a tourist. It is 3 Nights of reggae music at Catherine Hall and a the few days before that are parties on the beach and other locations to build up excitement for the stage shows. Thursday is dancehall night where the top dancehall artists of Jamaica bring their best to the crowd. Dancehall fans will love this night. Friday and Saturday are mixtures of Roots reggae, International artists (usually the top R&B or Rap), and one or two dancehall artists that have had big crossover success or from outside of Jamaica. I will give you tips and tricks of going to the festival! BOOK TRAVEL AND HOTEL. There are steals and deals on the internet for packages to Montego Bay if you book air and hotel together.
