Pikes Peak rises 14,100 feet above sea level. The view from the top is amazing though be ready for quite a temperature difference (dress appropriately….even if it is warm in the springs, it will be cold at the top of the Peak!). Drive to the top on Pikes Peak Highway. Two other options are a hike on Barr Trail and the Cog Railway. (Located 10 miles West on Hwy 24 in Cascade) Rock Ledge Ranch is a living history museum.
