When police first purchase interceptors they remove the stock door panels and add flat protective panels for prisoner transport. In doing so they normally unhook the window switch in case a perp gains access to the it. Before they sell the cars, they replace the door panels but often times do not reconnect everything. You will need to remove the door panel, find the wire for the switch, and reconnect it. Also, you might want to spray some WD-40 on the window tracks while the panel is off because when the cops disconnect and never use them, the tracks dry up and make it difficult for the window to operate.
