How Do You Enable Javascript In IE 6.0?
JavaScript is a cross platform scripting language that is mainly used to integrate programs and applications on your web browser. It is used on millions of websites and servers to make them more interactive. It is, by default, built into many different web browsers. In order to view different applications (e.g. Google Maps) on your Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) web browser, JavaScript has to be enabled. This very simple process takes minutes to complete. Launch Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) and click the “Tools” button located on the top menu. Scroll down and click “Internet Options” to open the options console. Click the “Security” tab and click the “Custom Level” button to open the Security Settings window. Scroll down the Security Settings window and place a check on “Enable” under Active Scripting. Click “OK” to save the changes and “OK” again to close the options console. Click “File” and click “Close” to exit IE6. Relaunch your web browser to complete the process.
