Start by buying a Sunday paper every Sunday, and perhaps two. Here is a site where you can get a discount on home delivery of your area’s Sunday paper (www.discountednewspapers.com). Also, you may have a neighbor who does not coupon and would be willing to share them with you. Purchase about ten two-pocket folders. Right now there are lots of sales going on for back to school at places such as Staples, Office Depot, CVS, etc., and you should be able to get these folders for $0.05 each or less!
