How Do You Eat For Type O Blood?
Even though Dr. Peter d’Amato’s Blood Type Diet has been disparaged by many scientists (see Mayo Clinic connection below) I have tried it myself and find that it benefited me in many ways. Type O diet is perhaps the most challenging, particularly during the holidays. Here are a few steps you can take to improve your diet, and lose some weight, the Blood Type Way! Find out your blood type. Purge your kitchen. If you’re a type O, get rid of anything that contains white or wheat flour, corn starch, partially-hydrogenated oil, coconut, dairy, ham, pork and bacon, and vegetables soaked in vinegar e.g. pickles. Go shopping for lean red meat e.g. buffalo, venison, beef and lamb, figs, walnuts, spelt flour, Ezekiel bread (from sprouted grains), leafy green vegetables, rice, millet and quinoa, sweet potatoes, sweet potato chips, ginger tea, dandelion tea, sparkling water, seaweed, rice crackers and rice noodles. Do some baking. Make spelt pumpkin bread the first week, banana bread the second we
