How Do You Easily Cook PERFECT Hard Boiled EB Egglands Best Eggs Every Time?
Fried, coddled, scrambled… any way you look at them, EB Eggland’s eggs are a very versatile food for today’s busy schedules. One of the easiest way to cook an egg is to boil them and cooking hard boiled eggs to perfection is as easy a boiling water. Literally! Just follow these 4 easy steps and you’re on your way to boiled egg paradise… Take a medium sized sewing needle or small ice pick and gently tap a small hole in the large end (where the air pocket is) of your uncooked eggs. Place your uncooked eggs in a 2 quart sauce pan and cover them with 1 inch of COLD water. (be sure the water is COLD, not HOT) Turn your stove top burner on high and when the eggs come to a rabid boil turn off the heat, IMMEDIATELY cover them with the pot lid and move to a cold burner. Allow your eggs to sit in the hot water for 20 minutes, then immerse in cold water. Voila! Firm egg whites and light yellow yokes with no telltale signs of green or gray edges.
