How Do You Earn The Avernus Tattoo In Planescape Torment?
The quests you decide to undertake in the PC role-playing game Planescape Torment can make a big difference in how you complete the game and what sort of items you can get. If you travel to the hellish landscape of the area called Avernus, you can then have the tattoo artist in the game ink a magical tattoo onto one of your characters that will enable him to resist damage from heat and fire. Play through the main quest of the game until your group of adventurers reaches the plane of existence called the Outlands. Go into the house made of bone in the center of the area and speak with the devil creature named Fjhull Forked-Tongue. Ask him to tell you where you can find a portal to the area called Avernus. Leave Fjhull’s house and go to the east end of nearby giant skeleton. Walk through the glowing blue portal to be transported to Avernus.
