Cut or tear the tissue paper into one inch pieces. Bleeding tissue paper works best but regular tissue paper will also work. Remove one egg from the water. Place tissue paper pieces all over the egg. You may cover the whole egg or choose to just cover parts of the egg. Allow the egg to dry. Remove the tissue paper from the egg.
