How Do You Duplicate Pokemon In The Crystal Version?
“Pokemon Crystal” for the Game Boy Color takes the advancements made by “Pokemon Gold” and “Pokemon Silver” and goes a step further, featuring battle animations, new additions to the storyline and a number of side-quests not in the original games. And, much like those earlier games it’s possible to exploit a glitch in “Pokemon Crystal” to duplicate any Pokemon you’ve captured in a matter of minutes. Be warned: This trick can corrupt or even delete your save file, losing you all your hard work and precious Pokemon. Go to any Pokemon Center. Access the PC in the top-right corner on the first floor and withdraw the Pokemon you want to clone if it’s not in your party already. Make it hold an item if you want to duplicate an item, too. Press “Start” and save the game. Access the PC again. Go into “BILL’s PC” and deposit the Pokemon you want to duplicate into any box. Choose “CHANGE BOX”. Choose a different PC box from the one you’re currently using, select “SWITCH” and confirm that it’s OK
