How Do You Draw Spongebob & Patrick?
For almost a decade, SpongeBob SquarePants and his aquatic friends have been making both kids and adults laugh with their undersea antics. The citizens of Bikini Bottom are also very fun characters to draw, since their simplistic design make the process a fun one with enjoyable results. This is especially true when drawing the show’s two main stars, SpongeBob and his best friend forever, Patrick Star. Start off by drawing a 2-D rectangle that’s a little bit slimmer at the bottom than at the top. Draw a vertical line down the center of the rectangle to show where SpongeBob’s eyes will meet, then draw a horizontal line through it to indicate where his nose will go. Near the bottom of the rectangle, draw a couple of more horizontal lines to start the framework of his shirt and pants. Draw two large circles for the eyes, connecting them in the spot where the horizontal and vertical lines meet.
