How Do You Draw Pimped Out Cars?
With enough bells and whistles, any car can be “pimped out.” Shows like “Pimp My Ride” have shown that a cool paint job, some chrome and a new interior full of gadgets can make even the most mundane cars seem wild and colorful. However, some of the best pimped-out cars begin with classic frames, and one of the best frames to use is that of a 1969 Cadillac. In this article, with the example of a ’69 Cadillac, you will learn how to take basic shapes, like cubes and trapezoids, to create your own pimped-out car. Draw a long cube for the hood of the car. Do this by drawing a rectangle and attaching a trapezoid to the top of the square. The trapezoid should have a smaller top line than bottom line. Add the front window with another trapezoid that has a slightly smaller top line than bottom line.
