How Do You Draw Lily Of The Valley?
Lily of the Valley is a popular flower characterized by its delicate scent, wide green leaves and small, white, bell-shaped blossoms. The woodland plant is native to Asia and Europe, also occurring in some parts of the Eastern U.S. Drawing can really capture the ethereal beauty of this plant, and it makes a great addition to back drops for woodsy, fairy-centered drawings. Find a picture of a lily of the valley or a live plant to use as a model for your drawing. Outline the plant, lightly sketching the leaves using curved lines. Draw the stems with slightly curved lines, adding a slight hook at the top of each one. Add clusters of small circles near the top-end of each stem to represent where the flowers will go.
