Graffiti artists, in particular, can find these programs useful in creating unique works of art, which they often call tags. The abilities of layers and special effects, such as drop shadows and beveling, might just take tagging to a new level. While the mechanics of drawing remain much the same, the tools available in graphics programs, such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel Painter, change the workflow.
