How Do You Draw Good Cartoon Faces In Powerpoint?

Instructions written based on PowerPoint 2004, for mac. Newer versions of PowerPoint may require minor adjustments to the directions below, but the basic technique remains valid. Open Power Point. Choose “Blank Document” from the project gallery menu. Then choose the “Power Point Presentation” icon to the right of the menu. Click “Open.” Since we will be drawing pictures rather than dealing in text, click on the border of one of the text boxes that appear on the first slide by default. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Do the same to the other text box. You should now have an empty slide for drawing. On the menu bar, choose Insert –> Picture –> Autoshapes. You should now see a small palette full of icons. If you mouseover the icons but do not click them, the tooltips will tell you what they each represent. . For now, select the icon representing “Basic Shapes.” We will make the head of our cartoon character with an oval, so select the oval (it looks more like a circle in the menu)
