Anime is a style of drawing that has some unique features that separate it from other cartoon styles. It’s most known for having characters with large eyes. Using a framework of basic shapes, you can create fantasy anime characters like an anime elf. You can later scan this image into your computer and make it your online avatar. Notice the large eyes and small noses and mouths, and notice the pointed, leaf-shaped ears. Draw the head using basic shapes. An oval for the head itself, or a circle. Draw a triangle at the bottom of the circle; this will act as the chin. Draw a horizontal line across the middle of the head and a vertical line down the center of the head to create a cross.
