How Do You Draw A Tangent Line On A Curve On Excel 2007?

I don’t think there is a built in way to do this. If your curve has lots of data points, then you could draw a reasonable tangent line at point number N by constructing a straight trend line through the points N-1 and N+1 i.e. the points either side of the one you want. You may have to manually adjust the intercept constant to get a better tangent.
