How Do You Draw A Coconut Palm Tree?
Amid the cold of winter, many people dream of some distant tropic warmth of an island paradise. A symbol of such places is the coconut palm tree, synonymous with sandy beaches and ebbing tides. If you plan on drawing your version of the coconut palm, it can either be done realistically or with a bit more exaggerated cartoon flair. For the sake of brevity, this article will cover drawing a simple version of the tree. Draw a dot centered in the top middle of your paper that will serve as a starting point for the top of the tree’s trunk. Make sure you leave enough space on the top of your paper to allow for the drawing of long palm leaves. Starting on one side of the dot, draw a vertical line downward that has a slight curvature to one side.
