Corel Painter is a user-friendly painting program with a wide range of drawing tools. You can easily draw a cat using the shape tools and the freehand drawing tools, even if you are a beginning artist. When you’re done, you can use the painting tools or the Flood Fill tool to add color to your cat. Click on the “shapes” tool on the toolbar that is on the left side of the screen.
