How Do You Drain & Clean Jacuzzi Spas?
Hopping into your Jacuzzi after a long day of work is one of the best ways to relax and unwind. It’s always fun to enjoy the spa with your spouse, family and friends as well. However, if you do not properly clean the spa tub (even with chlorine), it can cause some serious problems; rashes, infections and bacteria can seriously hurt someone. To ensure that your Jacuzzi is safe for everyone, clean it regularly. Remove the leaves from the top of the water by using a leaf skimmer. This will also remove dirt, grass and grime on the surface of the water. Vacuum the bottom and walls of the Jacuzzi with a water vacuum. This will remove leaves, bugs and dirt at the bottom of the spa. Drain the spa of all water, and remove the filter bucket. Rinse the filter with a garden hose to wash away dirt or leaves.
