This ranges from simple to complicated, depending on the exact problem that has disabled your machine. Usually a small article of clothing has blocked the washer drain. Gather your tools and get ready to get wet in the process. Locate the drainage hose, pump and filter. Check your owner’s manual for the description. If you cannot access these items easily from the outside of your machine you may have to call a repair person. Disconnect the drain hose.
