A zipped file means you compress it in order to make the file more compact and more easily fit on a storage device such as a hard drive or USB flash drive or even as an attachment for an email. Launch the Zip program you have on your computer. If you do not currently have a Zip program on your computer you can download a free demo from WinZip.com. Click-and-drag the video into the Zip software. Select the extraction location by clicking the “Browse” button at the bottom of the program window. From here you can decide where you want the zipped video clip to be saved. Click “Compress” or “Zip” (depending on the program you are using) and the file is compressed.
