How Do You Download Quicktime Audio?
Occasionally, you might come across a webpage that presents you with the Apple QuickTime logo just before it plays a song. If you do, it’s possible to download the QuickTime audio file to play on your computer at a later date, regardless of whether you’re connected to the Internet. The process only takes a few seconds and can be done in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and several other popular web browsers. Open your preferred web browser. Go to the webpage with the QuickTime audio file you wish to download. Navigate to it using the URL bar, or do a search in your browser’s search bar. Right click the page when it loads in your browser. Select the option to save the page (the option will read along the lines of “Save as,” or “Save page as…”). Choose the destination on your computer to save the file to and confirm that you want to save it. The music file will be downloaded and is now on your computer. You can play the file in QuickTime, iTunes or Windows Media Player.
