Open up your favorite browser and navigate to the Windows 7 Personalization Website. See the Resources section for a direct link. For easy navigation, you can the themes are separated into sections. First, browse through the New Themes section. If you don’t see any themes that interest you in the New Themes section, scroll down the page to the Featured Themes section.
